Hi! I’m Ruta Valiukoniene, NeuroCreative process instructor and coach.
From my own experience, I know that it is not always easy to sit in front of a coach, therapist, or psychologist and talk about your life challenges directly.
Sometimes it is hard to put your feelings into words.
Sometimes talking about the problem makes you analyse it even more, and instead of feeling clearer, you feel even more trapped in your own thoughts.
That is why I want to introduce you to NeuroCreative Practice.
For me, this has been one of the most powerful tools for working through life situations, emotional tension, and inner challenges, because it offers a completely different experience.
How it works? You take your life situation, challenge, stress, or inner conflict and place it on paper through neurographic lines, colours, shapes, symbols and guided reflection.
The drawing becomes a mirror. As you draw, you start to see your situation from the outside. You may begin to notice what feels stuck, what emotions are underneath, where the tension is, and what part of you is asking for more attention.
And when you can finally see the situation in front of you, not only feel it inside your head or body, something begins to shift.
A new perspective can appear.
A deeper understanding can begin to form.
A clearer direction may reveal itself.
This is why NeuroCreative Practice is not just drawing. It is a gentle creative process that helps you understand yourself better, reduce inner pressure, and work through real-life challenges in a more conscious and compassionate way.
