Frequently Asked Questions

The main difference is that here we work not only through conversation, but also through a creative process.

In a regular caoching or session with psychologist, a person often tries to understand everything through the mind: to explain, analyse, and find a logical answer.

In this method, the body, emotions, images, intuition, and things that are sometimes difficult to put into words can also become part of the process.

Drawing is not used to create art. It becomes a way to see your inner situation from a different perspective. Through lines, shapes, colours, and guiding questions, you may begin to notice where there is tension, where an old pattern repeats, where an unspoken need is hiding, or where an inner conflict is present.

This is not clinical psychotherapy and it does not replace psychological or medical treatment. But it can be a powerful process for self-reflection, emotional clarity, and making sense of decisions or inner questions.

You do not need to know how to draw or have a clear answer before you come. It is enough to bring a question, a feeling, or a theme that is asking for your attention right now.

Not at all ! 🙂

This method is not about artistic skills or creating a beautiful final result. In my sessions, creativity is not the goal — it is a tool that helps you release what is inside and express on paper what can sometimes be difficult to say or put into words.

NeuroCreative Tool helps you observe your thoughts, emotions, and inner processes. What matters most is not the result, but what you discover about yourself during the creative process.

Most people reach out when there are many thoughts inside, but very little clarity.

When they feel lonely, lost, unable to make a decision, going through change, experiencing tension in relationships, or facing an inner conflict. When the mind gets tired of analysing everything, but there is still no clear answer within.

These questions may be about relationships, work, self-realisation, life direction, emotional tension, or the desire to understand oneself better. Through the creative process, I help a person slow down, look at their situation from a different perspective, and clarify what truly matters to them.

Often, a person comes with one question, but during the process they begin to see a deeper theme: fear of choosing, the need to please others, lack of self-trust, unspoken needs, or inner tension they have been carrying for a long time.

Actually, it has elements of both:art therapy and coaching, but it is not exactly the same as either.

This process combines guided self-reflection, creative expression, and coaching-style questions. We use drawing not to create a “beautiful artwork”, but to explore what is happening inside: emotions, thoughts, inner conflict, decisions, patterns, and possible next steps.

It is not art therapy in a clinical sense, and it does not replace therapy or psychological treatment. It is a guided neurocreative process that helps you slow down, see your situation more clearly, reconnect with yourself, and find your own answers through creativity.

The focus is not on the result, but on the process and what becomes visible through it.

During a session, you can discover hidden emotions, repeating patterns, inner blocks, unspoken needs, or beliefs that may be influencing your choices. Sometimes people realize that the question they came with is only the surface, and underneath it there is a deeper need for safety, clarity, boundaries, self-trust, or change.

The process can help you understand why a certain situation feels heavy, where the inner conflict comes from, and what is truly important for you right now.

Often, a person can feel the first sense of clarity or relief after just one session.

This may look like a calmer mind, a clearer view of the situation, a new realisation, an easier way to name a need, or a decision that previously felt unclear.

However, deeper changes usually happen gradually. If the topic is sensitive, long-standing, or connected to a repeated behavioural pattern, one session may not be enough. In that case, the process is not about “fixing the problem quickly”, but about safely approaching it, understanding it more deeply, and beginning to change the relationship with yourself and the situation.

The result depends a lot on your topic, your openness to the process, and your willingness to look at what is really happening inside.

Absolutely. Very often, people come exactly when they don’t yet know what they want.

It is enough to feel that something inside is unclear, heavy, stuck, or asking for attention. You do not need to have a perfectly formulated question or a clear goal before the session.

During the session, I help you clarify what may be hidden beneath that uncertainty.

Based on your topic, emotional state, and needs, I choose the most suitable algorithm or creative process direction, so it becomes easier to see what is really happening inside.

Sessions can take place individually or in a group, in person or online.

In an individual session, we work with your personal topic, question, or emotional state. The process includes ThetaHealing meditation, guiding questions, and a creative practice that helps you see more clearly what is currently happening inside.

In group sessions, each person works with their own inner process, while the shared theme, safe space, and group energy often support deeper reflection.

The most important thing is not the result on paper, but what you see, feel, and understand about yourself during the process.

Sessions are held in Lithuanian and English.
